Leadership - Our leadership training offers courses designed to teach skills in leadership, effective management, and communication. Our leadership courses also focus on helping leaders build productive teams. Courses include:

Leading Teams
Our Leading Teams course is designed to introduce students to some of the key concepts and skills for building and maintaining effective team leadership.

Emotional Intelligence of Leaders
Our Emotional Intelligence for Leadership course is designed to help students gain an honest and accurate awareness of how our behaviors impact those we lead. Our training course will focus on building trust, utilizing ethical communications, managing difficult situations, building resilience, enhancing team performance, and build long-term success.

This course will introduce the importance of creating and implementing policies to reduce risk and liability.

Crisis Intervention
This course will teach the customer to develop and implement short-term risk mitigation planning and short-term emergency responses to medical, mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral distress situations.

Conflict Management
This course will teach the customer to understand basic intervention principles and considerations of conflict management to include: Reaction v. Response, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, and Posture and Presence.

CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design)
CPTED, pronounced (Sep-Ted), Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, is a multi-disciplinary approach to crime prevention that uses architectural design, landscaping, traffic calming, lighting, etc., to reduce the ability of unwanted users or offenders to victimise both natural or built environments.
CPTED is a proactive technique in which the proper design and effective use of the built environment can reduce incidents of crime.

Workplace Safety
This course will focus on understanding general employee/customer safety practices and procedures which places a value on maintaining a safe, clean and orderly working environment in order to mitigate risk and liability. This course will also help the customer to develop proper preventative and emergency safety procedures that create an overall safe work environment.
Situational Awareness - Situational awareness is about recognizing and knowing what is going on around you. Our situational awareness training offers courses designed to teach the foundations of situational awareness to include perceiving, understanding, predicting and preventing. Courses include:

General - Our general training courses are designed to teach customised skills in a variety of areas. Our general courses focus on helping customers build skillsets that enhance overall safety. Courses include:

AVR (Active Violence Response)
Active Violence Response (AVR) training uses simple and effective methods to teach employees proactive awareness: how to react, respond and protect themselves and others in a violent situation. AVR training places an emphasis on safety and survival through effective decision making, focusing on disengagement and creating distance.

Self-Defense (Immediate Defense/ Disengagement Training)
This course is designed to provide students with effective tools to defend and disengage from an attack. This course is not designed to be a full spectrum self-defense course. It is intended to teach simple, easily retained techniques for defense and disengagement to customers with all skill levels.

Understanding Use of Force
Use of Force is gaining control of a subject using no more force than is reasonably necessary, having regard firstly to personal safety, and secondly to minimising harm to the subject. This course will also cover understanding Use of Force Statutes at the state and Federal Level.

De-escalation
Our De-escalation training course teaches students the skills to identify, prevent and de-escalate crises in the workplace. Students will learn how to recognise the stages of an escalating crisis, and techniques to appropriately de-escalate whenever possible.

Spontaneous Casualty Care
Our Spontaneous Casualty Care course provides strategies, guidance, and a proven plan for surviving an active violence or spontaneous trauma event. This course is designed to teach students to prepare for and address immediate medical trauma whether due to violence, natural disaster, or misadventure.
